Health Benefit Treatment Packages Reserved in Government Hospitals

Government Orders regarding Reservation of 63 packages in public hospitals under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Mukh Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana (AB PM-JAY MMSBY)
Important Note for Reserved Packages
  • For the packages in which referral is allowed, such packages will reflect in the package list of Private Hospitals but referral slip (Government Hospital will give to patient) is mandatorily while submitting Pre-Authorization in the online pre-authorization form
  • If any beneficiary patient visits empaneled private hospital for treatment/procedure which is reserved in the Government Hospital without carrying a referral slip from the Government Hospital, then such patient shall not be eligible for treatment in the empaneled private hospital under the scheme
